NotesAndPrompts.com (“we”, “us”, “the site”) is run by Siv W. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit or sign up on this site, why we collect it, and what your options are.
Who we are
Our website address is: https://notesandprompts.com. The site is hosted with Hostinger.
What we collect
When you submit one of the sign-up or application forms on this site (for example, to get the free Obsidian template, join the Course beta, or apply for Coaching), we collect:
- Your first name
- Your email address
We only collect what you actively submit through a form. We don’t track you across other websites, and we don’t buy or combine your data with information from other sources.
Why we collect it
We use this information to:
- Send you the resource you asked for (e.g. the free template, or beta access details)
- Follow up on a Course or Coaching application
- Send occasional emails about The Clarity System — new guides, the Course, or Coaching — if you’ve opted in
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Where your data is stored
Form submissions are stored and managed through Hostinger Reach, our email marketing provider, and on our WordPress hosting with Hostinger. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.
Cookies and embedded content
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and Fontshare, which may receive your browser’s IP address when a page loads. It also uses standard hosting-level caching (LiteSpeed Cache) to serve pages faster; this does not identify you personally. We don’t run third-party advertising trackers.
How long we keep your data
We keep your contact details for as long as you remain subscribed or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
Your rights
- Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your data
To exercise any of these, email us at privacy@notesandprompts.com and we’ll action it as soon as we can.
Changes to this policy
As the site and its tools change (for example, once payment processing is added for the Course), this policy will be updated to reflect that. The “last updated” date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
